For people who test on their own
You ordered the test yourself. Now understand the results.

The problem
Each test lands somewhere different
The home kit has its own app. The walk-in lab emails a PDF. The tests your doctor ordered live in a patient portal. Each shows one result at a time against a reference range, and none of them line up this year's number with last year's.
So you end up with a folder of PDFs and a vague sense of whether things are moving the right way.
How it works
From a folder of PDFs to one clear line
-
01 · Start
Start your trial
Start the 7-day free trial and say who the profile is for. Then confirm your identity and address, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician.
-
02 · Upload
Bring your results in
Upload a PDF or a photo of any result. Labkeep also requests your medical records through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA, so the tests your doctors ordered sit alongside yours.
-
03 · Read
Read each one plainly
Results become structured: each marker, its value and the lab's range, with a plain-language explanation of what it measures and what your number says.
-
04 · Follow
Follow the line
See each marker over time, across labs and years, and ask questions in a chat that knows your history.
What you get
One place for every result
Every result in one place
PDFs and photos from home kits and walk-in labs, plus the results in your medical records.
Know what each marker means
What each marker measures and what your number says, in plain language.
See which way it's moving
Structured results you can follow over months and years, whichever lab ran them.
Ask about your own numbers
Ask "Has my LDL moved since I changed my diet?" Answers come from your own records, and a second check reviews them against the evidence.
Your devices beside your labs
Connect Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, Oura, Whoop, Garmin and others. Readings sit next to your results.
$9 a month, after a 7-day free trial
Labkeep requests your records and keeps them updated, connects your devices, answers in chat anytime, and a licensed clinician reviews your medical history. Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged.
Four tests, three places, one line
Made-up results from a home kit, a walk-in lab and a doctor's order, finally side by side. You can see the LDL coming down, and that it is still above the lab's range.
LDL cholesterol
mg/dL, four results- Home kit, uploaded PDF
- Walk-in lab, photo
- Your doctor's order, from your records
Your LDL cholesterol has come down across four tests from three places, from 162 to 119 mg/dL. All four are above the labs' reference range of under 100. Ranges can differ from lab to lab.
A question for your next visit: what LDL target makes sense for you?

Questions
The fine print, in plain words
What does it cost?
Labkeep starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required, and if you cancel before day 7 you're not charged. After that it's $9 a month, and you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. Membership covers Labkeep requesting your records from hospitals and clinics through the national networks and keeping them updated as new records arrive, a chat that answers from your own records whenever you need it, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your devices, and uploading anything else you have. Where ordering is available, the tests themselves are priced separately.
Can I order lab tests through Labkeep?
Ordering is rolling out, where available in your state. Until it reaches you, upload results from any lab or home kit, and Labkeep reads them the same way.
What can I upload, and will it get my doctors' results too?
Upload PDFs and photos of results, whether from a home kit, a walk-in lab or a paper report; discs and faxes of medical records work too. Labkeep also requests your records through Carequality and TEFCA, the national networks many hospitals and practices use. Not every office is reachable that way, so upload anything that doesn't come through. If you use a Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre, connect it and its readings sit next to your lab results.
What does setup ask of me?
After you start the trial, you confirm your identity and address, choose who can see your profile, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician. Then Labkeep requests your records, and you upload your own results.
Will Labkeep tell me what to do about a result?
No. Labkeep explains what your results say and helps you prepare questions for a doctor. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never replaces your care team.
Who is behind Labkeep, and who sees my results?
Labkeep is made by Triangle, and you create your account with Triangle at trianglehealth.com under its privacy policy and terms. Only the people you choose see your profile. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, no laboratory pays Triangle, everything is encrypted, and your records are yours to delete.
